I just left Mission Hills Dental after getting a back molar extraction. There’s nothing I dread more, and the office was super busy. I felt myself drifting into catastrophic thinking… “This is going to take hours…. Do these people know what they’re doing?” I’ve worked in hospitals and busy medical offices for the past 17 years. I love when my gut instinct is 100% incorrect. Talya, at the front desk is clear, concise, friendly and i’m not sure if she’s a manager, but her communication/people skills seem effortless and unrushed. She’s probably a genius at multitasking and If she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll find out! Dr. Nassir is a pro. My extraction probably took less than 20 minutes. He explained the side effects, medications I needed to take, and what to avoid over the next couple days The last time I had an extraction, the dentist took nearly 2 hours. Nassir and 2 dental assistants worked so smoothly, checking in with me every few minutes. I’m just really happy that I switched to Mission hills dental. 🦷 thank you! 😊
