Had a good experience with Zen! My only concerns were how he performed the irrigation for my gums and the application of the fluoride. The irrigation felt a little rushed and it didn't seem like it was reaching the pockets in my gums. I also typically leave feeling the fluoride layer on my teeth but I didn't this time.. my mouth and teeth had a lot of moisture during the application so maybe that's the reason?

I am someone who despised going to the dentist. After years of going to dentists who shamed me or pressured me into getting work done, I feel like I finally found a dental office where I am comfortable. I have been going to Mission Hills Dental for the past year and every check up and cleaning has been a breeze. I have full faith in their expertise and appreciate how they connect with their patients. Zen was the dental hygienist at my last appointment and he was super friendly and understanding. I felt very much at ease throughout my appointment. I definitely recommend them!

Had a cleaning done by Zen RDH this morning, and of all the cleanings I’ve had over the years I felt he was the most thorough and paid attention to the smallest of details. My mouth can be very sensitive but with Zen I wasn’t grasping the arms of the chair like I’m accustomed to doing. It’s his dedication combined with a great personality that will have me specifically request him on ALL my future visits!
